• In any dispute regarding bonuses, the Company's decision will be considered final.

7. VIP and Loyalty Programme

cv999d's VIP programme has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

The process for advancing VIP tiers is determined at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits.

8. Betting and Gaming Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on the cv999d platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled;
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a system error, the Company reserves the right to void those bets;
• Placing similar bets on the same event from different accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited;

9. Prohibited Activities
